Ashwagandha Chai Mocktail

All the warming spices of chai, blended with earthy Ashwagandha, served over ice for a spiced mocktail twist.

Ingredients (1 serving)

  • 2 Naugh-Tea Brews Measuring Spoons of Naugh-Tea Brews Ashwagandha

  • ½ cup hot water

  • ½ cup cold milk (dairy or plant-based)

  • 1 cinnamon stick

  • 2 cloves

  • 1 cardamom pod

  • 1 tsp honey

  • Ice cubes


Method

  1. Brew the base – Steep Ashwagandha in hot water with cinnamon, cloves, and cardamom for 10 minutes. Cool.

  2. Mix it up – Add honey and milk.

  3. Serve – Pour over ice.


Serving Suggestion

Serve in a glass mug with a cinnamon stick stirrer.
