Very, very few. If there are any allergens in any of our blends, you'll see them in bold type in the ingredients list.
ORDERS
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once your order’s been confirmed, there’s a short window where we might be able to catch it before it’s packed and on its way.
If you're in Australia and need to make a change, drop us a message via our Contact form. We'll do our absolute best, but if the order’s already been dispatched, we can’t work our magic.
Please note: We’re unable to make changes to international orders once they’re placed.
Can I change the shipping address on my order?
We get it — typos happen! If you’ve entered the wrong shipping address at checkout, contact us ASAP and we’ll do our best to fix it before your order is processed.
Once your Naugh-Tea goodies have left the building, we’re unable to redirect them, so please double-check your confirmation email to make sure everything’s spot on before we pack things up.
CAN I CHOOSE WHICH FREE SAMPLE I RECEIVE?
We add a free sample to every order but sadly cannot accommodate specific requests as not all teas are available in sample size.
We change our samples up frequently and like to include special edition teas as much as we can throughout the year. If you have any allergies please check the website for ingredients before consuming.

Absolutely! We have a wide range of naturally caffeine-free teas, just look for them in the descriptions.
CAN I ENJOY YOUR TEAS DURING PREGNANCY?
Many of our blends can be enjoyed during pregnancy, especially those that are naturally caffeine-free. However, we always recommend checking the ingredients and having a quick chat with your healthcare provider before sipping. Some herbs aren’t suitable during pregnancy, so it’s best to make informed choices and enjoy your brews in moderation.
WHAT ON EARTH ARE 'NATURAL FLAVOURINGS'?
Good question. Let’s spill the real tea.
When we say natural flavourings, we’re talking about the good stuff, think extracts, oils, and essences squeezed, steamed or steeped from actual plants, fruits, and spices. No weird lab experiments here. If it didn’t start its life as something recognisably natural, it’s not coming near your brew.
Take our flirty friend Earl Grey, for example. That punchy citrus note? It’s from bergamot oil, a natural flavouring that gives it that “I’m posh but approachable” vibe.
We work with top-tier suppliers who know their flavouring game inside and out. Everything they whip up meets the Food Standards Agency's rules (yep, even the boring legal stuff). So rest assured, our natural flavourings are 100% FSA-approved, allergen-free (no nasties from the big 14), and only make up a teensy tiny part of your tea, about 1%, in fact.
Prefer your brew totally au naturel? You’re in luck—we’ve got loads of blends with no added flavourings at all. Just pure, unfiltered plant magic.

Wholesale FAQs — Naugh-Tea Brews
Who can apply for a Naugh-Tea Brews wholesale account?
We welcome applications from retail shops, cafés, market stalls, wellness centres, corporate buyers and bulk distributors. If you plan on selling Naugh-Tea Brews products or purchasing in larger volumes, you’re eligible to apply.
How do I apply for a wholesale account?
You can apply via our “Wholesalie Opportuni-Tea Application” form. Once submitted, our team will review your application and approve it if you meet our wholesale criteria. Approved customers will receive access to special wholesale pricing.
How long does approval take?
Most applications are reviewed within 1–3 business days. If we require additional information, we’ll contact you directly.
Do you offer tiered wholesale pricing?
Yes — we offer three wholesale tiers based on order volume:
Serious-Tea-Shop – entry-level wholesale rates
Big-Sip-Buyer – mid-level pricing for larger orders
Bulk-Brew-Buddies – our best pricing for high-volume buyers
Tiers are automatically applied based on your wholesale account tag and the products you purchase.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is flexible and varies depending on the product range. Teas, tea bundles and accessories may have different minimums. We’ll provide full MOQ details once your account is approved.
Can I place a one-off wholesale order?
Yes — wholesale pricing applies to both ongoing and one-off orders, as long as you meet the MOQ for your selected tier.
How do I access wholesale pricing once approved?
Once your account is approved, simply log into your customer account. Eligible wholesale buyers will automatically see wholesale pricing applied to products across the store.
Do you offer samples?
Yes — sample packs are available for approved wholesale customers. These are perfect for cafés, retailers or stockists who want to trial blends before placing a larger order.
Can I use Shop Pay, Afterpay or other payment plans for wholesale?
Wholesale orders typically require payment via standard checkout methods (credit/debit card, PayPal, bank deposit). Installment payment options may not be available for wholesale purchases depending on Shopify rules and app settings.
What are your shipping options for wholesale orders?
We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post or a dedicated courier service for larger orders. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Local Perth stockists may request a pickup option by arrangement.
Do you ship wholesale internationally?
Yes — international orders can be arranged. Shipping rates and lead times vary by destination. Contact us directly for a custom quote.
Which products are available for wholesale?
Our entire loose-leaf tea range, gift sets, and accessories are available for wholesale. Seasonal blends and limited editions may have restricted availability.
Can we sell your products online or via marketplaces?
Yes — wholesale customers may sell Naugh-Tea Brews products online, provided they adhere to our brand guidelines and do not undercut our minimum advertised retail price (MARP). Marketplace selling (e.g., Amazon, eBay) may require prior approval.
Do you offer private-label or custom blends?
We currently focus on Naugh-Tea Brews branded products; however, private-label inquiries are welcome for larger volume orders. Custom blends may require a minimum commitment and lead time.

What if I forget my wholesale login?
No worries — you can reset your password anytime via the login page. If your wholesale access isn’t appearing correctly after logging in, contact us and we’ll check your account tags.
Can I upgrade to a higher wholesale tier?
Yes — your wholesale tier is based on order volume. As your order amounts increase, you may be eligible for a better rate. Contact us if you'd like a tier review.
Do you accept returns or exchanges on wholesale orders?
Due to the nature of food products, all wholesale tea orders are final. If there is a quality issue or your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately and we will resolve it.
