Thank you for shopping with us at Naugh-Tea Brews, which is part of the NutraBloom Health family. We take pride in packing every order with care and love, and aim to get your goodies to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way, complete with tracking details if applicable.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship Australia-wide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. All rates and delivery times are calculated based on your shipping choice, location, and the delivery options available in your location.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, seasonal demand, or remote locations.

International Orders

We currently do not ship internationally, but stay tuned! We’re brewing up ways to serve our global tea lovers soon.

Missing or Delayed Parcels

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at naughteabrews@nutrabloomhealth.com.au. We’ll be happy to look into it and work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. We are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
