Chamomile Lemonbalm Shortbread

Delicate shortbread biscuits infused with chamomile and lemonbalm for a floral twist on a tea-time classic.

Ingredients (makes 12–15)


Method

  1. Grind blend – Lightly grind chamomile & lemonbalm blend into smaller pieces.

  2. Mix dough – Cream butter and sugar. Add flour, salt, and blend. Mix to form dough.

  3. Shape & bake – Roll into a log, slice rounds, and bake at 160°C for 12–15 minutes.


Serving Suggestion

Serve with a hot cup of Chamomile & Lemonbalm tea for a complete calming treat.
