3 Naugh-Tea Brews Measuring Spoons of Naugh-Tea Brews Mullein

½ cup hot water

1 ½ cups self-raising flour

½ cup butter (melted)

½ cup sugar

1 egg

½ cup milk

Zest of 1 lemon
Method

Brew concentrate – Steep mullein in hot water for 10 minutes, strain, and cool.

Mix batter – Combine butter, sugar, and egg. Add flour, milk, lemon zest, and mullein infusion.

Bake – Spoon into muffin cases and bake at 180°C for 20–25 minutes.
